Provide general administrative support to the agency, including answering phones, managing appointments, and maintaining organized records.

Assist in setting up equipment for shoots, capturing quality footage, and collaborating with our editing team to refine content. You'll contribute creative input, help maintain equipment, and organize media files for efficient workflows. Additionally, you will support scriptwriting and storyboarding.

Assist with the consistency in the details of the script, such as the order of scenes, dialogue, and also maintaining visual continuity, which includes keeping track of clothing, props, and other visual elements from scene to scene.

Assist in finding  filming locations by conducting on-site visits, capturing detailed notes and photographs.

Assist in drafting press materials, coordinating events, and enhancing our agency's industry presence.

Duties include creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers on social media platforms. They also assist in marketing campaigns, promote casting calls, and help build the company's brand within the entertainment industry.
